A few items to share:
- Please be sure to pay the lodging room and board fee ($500.00).
- Please be sure you have checked your online profile with Triple Crown to be sure it’s accurate
- If you would like to be picked up from the airport and ride the Iowa Western Bus back to campus, we will need your itinerary.
- For any families/parents coming in, they will need to get a rental car and the player is welcome to ride with their families to campus, just let us know.
- Curfew and room checks will be at 10 pm each night.
- Monday is a day off from games but the day for Camps/Clinics (7:30am – 11pm) and CSE Measurement and Testing (1pm-5pm) all at Iowa Western College. These are additional products to purchase through Triple Crown, if interested (not required).
- We will have a BBQ on Monday night prior to our departure to the evening CWS game.
- We are scheduled to attend the CWS evening game on both Monday and Tuesday night.
- As we get closer we will discuss attending an afternoon CWS game if our schedule allows.
- There is a disc golf course on campus
- Bring any outdoor games you’d like to play outdoors during our “down time”.
- Like any college dorms/suites, the common area is unfurnished
- You can bring your chairs from your rooms out to the common area, there is free wifi, so bringing a laptop, mac book, or cell phone to watch TV, Netflix, etc…
- Players that have not paid the room and board fee will NOT be able to participate in the tournament or stay on campus.
